SPOTLIGHT - An Asian Network of Inclusive Arts

SPOTLIGHT, An Asian Network of Inclusive Arts, is designed to showcase the abilities of performers with disabilities from across Asia and is managed by the Phnom Penh Epic office.

Supported by the Nippon Foundation’s Overseas Grant, the 2008 festival was attended by over 10,000 people and featured 85 international performers from seven countries, 128 local artists, sixteen inclusive art workshops, seven exhibitions, five special events and ten public performances. Between November 28th and December 2nd 2009, Epic Arts hosted a networking event for delegates from all of the ASEAN countries to come together and develop the vision of the network, and to celebrate the skills and talents of some truly inspirational artists. In 2010 Epic Arts will host the second SPOTLIGHT festival which will build on the original concept by featuring performers from the ten ASEAN countries.
